"I am a 36C. So I tried this top in a small. The sleeves were so tight. So I returned it for a medium. The sleeves are way too small for the top and I have a very small build and skinny arms. But the sleeves on the medium were soooo tight as well. Something wrong with this top. I would try to exchange for a large but only paid 7.50 for the top so not worth trying to exchange. The large would probably be too big in waist and hips and arms would still be too tight. Don’t waist your time on this one"
