It is okay if you cannot find the SKU, but we please ask if you can indicate the type of refund you prefer (store credit or funds back to original payment). Please note the above terms when return your item. Send us the item(s) you wish to return. If you return the merchandise within 30 days of receipt, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the returned items to your original payment method. Return Shipping is $6.95. We will provide you with a return shipping label and the cost will be deducted from the refund.
Most returns are processed within 7-10 business days from the date that we receive your return. Once your return has been processed and your refund issued, you will receive a return confirmation email.

Metrostyle strives to provide our customers with fresh new products, therefore we don't always reorder an item once it has sold out. If an item is not found online, then the online store is out of stock.
