Women's Apparel Group, LLC, doing business as Boston Apparel Group ("Boston Apparel Group"), may from time to time share your personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.  Under California's "Shine the Light" law, California residents who provide personal information when purchasing our products may request information about the customer information we shared with other businesses for their own direct marketing uses.  Each consumer may request our direct marketing information once per year, and our response will cover the immediately preceding calendar year.  This information would include the categories of shared customer information and the names and addresses of those businesses with which we shared customer information.

Boston Apparel Group is a family of direct mail catalogers and e-tailers, currently including Chadwicks® and metrostyle®, offering apparel from regular to extended sizes for women.

We will make every effort to implement any choice you make as soon as possible, but you should allow approximately 3 months for mailing change requests to be fully implemented.
