Standard Delivery: will arrive within 4-7 business days, to the contiguous US. In remote areas of AK, HI, APO, FPO and US Territories, your available items will be delivered via USPS. Please allow 20 business days for delivery.
Express Delivery: will arrive within 3 to 4 business days if ordered by 2:00 PM (EST). In remote areas of AK, HI, APO, FPO and US Territories, your available items will be delivered via USPS. Please allow 10 business days for delivery.
Super-Fast Delivery: will arrive within 2 business days if ordered by 2:00 PM (EST). In remote areas of AK, HI, APO, FPO and US Territories, your available items will be delivered via USPS. Please allow 7 business days for delivery.
In rare occasions, a shipment may experience a delay in delivery and not reach you in the time expected. If your expected delivery date has passed, please check your order status on-line, contact us via email, or call (800) 416-9471.

Sunday) for your Standard Delivery order or 7 business days for your
Express or Super-Fast Delivery order, please contact

If you have a question regarding an order you placed, you may
check your order status online.
Once you click on "Order Status", enter your order number and billing
zip code. The order number can be found in order confirmation emails
sent from us, and at the order confirmation page after you've submitted
your order. If you shopped by phone, our customer service representatives
provide that information to you after you've placed your order.
We reserve the right to limit quantities.
We don't ship international orders, we only ship to US possessions APO
and FPO's.
Please allow for 2-4 weeks delivery for APO and FPO's, and non-contiguous
states.
Please add applicable Sales Tax to orders shipped to Massachusetts,
Indiana, New York and Texas only.
Where's My Package?
To check the status of your delivery, click
here to view your order status.
Enter the tracking number then click "Go" to view up-to-the-minute delivery
details. Your UPS® tracking number can be found in the order confirmation
email we send you. We strongly encourage you to register. As a registered
user you do not need to enter a tracking number, as this information
can be found automatically in the "My Account" section. To register
now, click here.
NOTE: if you don't see delivery information when you click on your
order-tracking link, don't worry. We're in the process of carefully
inspecting every item in your order for quality assurance, and packing
it carefully. As soon as we release it to UPS®, you can track it from
our distribution center to your door.
Why Don't All My Orders Have A Tracking Link?
One reason UPS® is the preferred carrier of metrostyle is the convenient
online delivery tracking we can provide to our customers. Whenever it's
not possible to ship your order via UPS®, it will be handled by USPS
and may not be tracked online.
We encourage you to use a street address as your ship-to address. When
you use a street address, it's much more likely that your order will
be shipped by a carrier who provides online tracking information. We'd
also be happy to send your order to a PO box via USPS. But, if we do,
tracking information may not be available.
You can ship your order to more than one address! Send a gift to one
address and have the rest of your order shipped to you!
Please note that Shipping and Handling charges will be calculated for
each additional address you ship to based on the total of each order.
At checkout, when asked if you're shipping all your items to one address,
select no. You will then be asked to enter an additional address. You
can save addresses in your own address book too, making future orders
and gift giving simple!
If you returned your item via UPS® with our UPS® CUSTOMER RETURN LABEL,
you can check arrival status online. First, click
here.
