Ordering is quick, easy and secure when shopping metrostyle.com. Our online ordering system provides you with all the necessary links, prompts and messages to ensure order accuracy and to help you have an easy, enjoyable shopping experience. Simply click one of the department tabs at the top of the page to view and select from our latest offerings (e.g., Tops, Dresses, Jackets & Blazers, etc.).
Use our convenient dropdown menus to select size and color. Then click the "Add to Shopping Bag" button to flag the merchandise for your purchase. You'll be notified immediately if the flagged item is no longer available or temporarily backordered. You may select additional merchandise by moving backward and forward through the windows to select again from our various departments. You may view the contents of your Shopping Bag anytime, by selecting the Shopping Bag link at the top right of every page, to see a list of the merchandise you've selected, whether each item is in stock or on backorder, as well as your current total.
Once you're ready to check out, click the "Shopping Bag" button to view your items. If you have gift certificates, promotional coupons or a deferred billing coupon, enter them in the appropriate boxes. Once you've entered your codes, click on "Checkout". You'll see we've made some recommendations for you based on your order. You can choose to take advantage of them or continue with checkout. If you're a registered customer, you'll go directly to "Shipping Information", as we have your address saved to make checkout easier and faster. If you haven't registered with us, you can checkout as a guest, however we strongly recommend that you register. As a registered customer, your billing and shipping information is automatically saved for you, making the checkout process more convenient.

The "Product Search" box enables you to look up an item using a word description. Ex: red blazer. You will then be shown the selections for that item, as well as other colors and styles available. You can also browse through our website by clicking on the categories in the left navigation.
Keep in mind that our assortments and availability of styles change from season to season. An item you purchased and wish to purchase again may not be available from one season to the next. The Product Search box is a great place to fine similar styles and looks! We encourage you to use this feature!
If you find something in one of our catalogs you want to purchase, simply enter the item number from the catalog into the "Order From Catalog" box located at the top of the web page, then click "Go".
metrostyle® Gift Certificates can be used for online or catalog purchases. They're available in $5 increments ($5 minimum). Please go to the Gift Certificate page and complete the simple form to order either a Paper or e-Gift Certificate. Paper Gift Certificates are shipped via first class mail and will arrive within 3 to 5 business days. An e-Gift Certificate is emailed to the recipient within 1 business day, if purchased before 3PM EST, and within 2 business days if purchased after 3PM EST. The purchaser's credit card will be charged the amount of the e-Gift Certificate at checkout.
- Paper and e-Gift Certificates are for one-time-use only and can't be redeemed for cash or used as payment on a brand credit card account.
- Notification will be sent via email to the e-Gift Certificate purchaser and recipient within 24 hours of the e-Gift Certificate purchase.
- To redeem your Paper or e-Gift Certificate, enter the certificate number in the Gift Certificate box at checkout. If the order amount exceeds the certificate amount, a credit card will be required to cover the remaining balance. If the order amount is less than the amount of the gift certificate, the customer will be issued a check for the remaining balance.
- Paper and e-Gift Certificates expire two years from their date of purchase.
- We're sorry, but we can't ship paper gift certificates or merchandise internationally at this time. We only ship to US possessions, APO and FPOs.
- Please allow for 2-4 weeks delivery for Paper Gift certificates for APO and FPOs and non-contiguous states.
We don't currently offer gift boxing, however we do offer 2 gifting options.
The first is a Gift Receipt, which does not show the prices or total.
Gift items are listed in case your recipient needs to make an exchange or return.
Simply check the box that asks you to “Include a Gift Receipt” when selecting your Shipping Method at checkout.
The second is a Free Gift message.
3 lines of text with your own personal message can be added to the shipping invoice.
You can add 30 characters of text on each line.
Simply fill out your personal message on the Shipping Method page at checkout.
Check the offer carefully; sometimes only specific colors or sizes are offered at the reduced prices. If the item is offered at the reduced price, you can complete the checkout process and then contact us - we'll be happy to issue a credit for the reduced price or send an explanation to you.
