I like the side pockets, I use them for the phone, tissues & keys. This is the best feature to me.

A very nice bag. I use it for every day use--it is not real dressy, but is great for keeping all those things some of us just have to carry easy to access.My only suggestion is that it have a zipper--so preferable to a snap for security.
