I purchased this bag to accomodate all of the things I need in order to not have to carry two bags. It is a bit difficult to carry as the handles are sturdy. I have large hands, but the handles are a bit too wide. I love the bag, and I intend on using it the entire summer.

This is a Beautiful bag...BUT: I ordered the black patent but looking in the catalog I saw 2 picture versions. One with silver hardware and one with gold hardware. Because the item description does NOT specify, I ordered the bag anyway. It arrived with the silver hardware which I did not want. So, it was returned. If they're going to show it in gold and silver hardware then we should be able to order with that option.

There is a very similar bag made by a very well known bag designer. Their rendition sells for approximately 3x more than this one. I already have the turquoise one & the grass green one. This is a really hip and stylish bag; however, it will not stand up to daily use. More of a fashion statement than a practical item. The top and sides cave in, which distorts the shape. You would stress the handles (and your shoulder) too much if you filled this bag enough to keeps the top and sides from caving in.
