The coat is beautiful. However it did come extremely wrinkled. DO NOT PUT IT IN THE DRYER! I put mine in for a few minutes to fluff and burned the tips of the fur. It still looks fabulous.

The color was okay, but it did not look like the photos. The overall coat was disasterous! There is no place I would wear this item. The fur was everywhere. As soon as I opened it, it was all over the suit I was wearing. The sleeves were too long. I did not like this coat at all and I usually like Metrostyle items. Metrostyle is still a good place to shop and I will continue to do so. Thank You!

Great buy, affordable fashion! Sleeves and upper portions of the coat are very true to size. However, I am 5'3" and the length is a little long. It comes down to just above my ankle.

I have searched for quite a while for the perfect faux fur coat. When I saw this item with Metrostyle, being the bargain shopper that I am, I waited for it to so on sale. I love the coat. It's practical and very affordable. Chicago is very cold in the winter time. I don't do fur, so this is a wonderful substitute. I have the look of fur for a fraction of the cost. The only downside is that I got it in white, so I have to be extra careful when I wear it. However, since I purchased the white to match a particular outfit and the cost was so affordable, I was also able to purchase the brown one!

I sent his back, but then had a change of heart as I really loved the look of the fur. I first could not stand the amount of shedding or the bulkiness. I reordered it in a size smaller than what I usually wear. I like the smaller size a whole lot better. I still don't care for the amount of shedding, but like the look if the light brown fur a lot. On sale, this is a great dealand will be fun to wear. I'm wondering what the grey one looks like in person.

The coat was too big & I had to send it back for an exchange in Large. Large arrived in total different condition, badly packed, no size tag with inner liner all crumble up, bad unfinished sewing, the sewing of the seem length badly done, & noticible in some parts zigzaged. Looked like someone had tried to altered it into their fitting size. I haveen't worn the coat yet, & still I am debatting if I should return it to you guys or not. The only thing while unpacking it I tore up the bag, and don't even have the shipping reference papers. But I love the color and the large fits much better than the XL. so I am still undeceided. I needed a smaller size but other than that the coat felt great. The way it was packed I had to hang it for 2 weeks to get the wrinkles out. It was too shiny to be close to a real fur and had a bad smell to it. If it wasn't for that I would of kept it because the length and price was great.

I received this coat the day before going on vacation. I have this coat already in brown and love it, so I ordered it in the lighter shade. But it does not have the same quality as the one I have. I'm hoping that after it hangs for awhile the wrinkles will fall out and it will look better.

I bought the faux fur coat in light color and in my regular size medium( I'm a size 6). When I received it, I was completely dissapointed. Felt like 3 sizes bigger,too long, and I felt myself like a polar bear or like enter in a fury sack. This coat makes you loose every curbe in your body and look overweight, or better obese. The fur was falling out and you could see it stuck in everything that touched, even in my hands. Quality was not there at all. Tailoring was OK, but not worth it. I returned it. First time I return from Metrostyle. Dissapointment.
I am very pleased with my new coat.
